Simplistic. Sustainable. Empowering.

6-weeks for 1 hour each week. Combining the 7 Simple Step programme, along with a mini breathe and stretch session, followed by one specific fitness session (running, extended breathe and stretch, or dance), or a combination of all three (each session is then offered for 2 weeks to make up the full programme).

Facilitator:

7 Simple Steps proramme/running: Susie Bush-Ramsey is a creative designer and a former international athlete over distances ranging from 5K to Half Marathon. She created the 7 Simple Steps programme to help people create a simpler, more satisfying life and teamed up with athlete Chrissie Wellington OBE, to illustrate, write and publish storybooks, ‘You’re so amazing’ and ‘You’re so strong,’ to bring the overarching concepts of the programme to a wider audience.
